Terms of Sales

• NeuraWrite offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Current plans and pricing are displayed at neurawrite.ai/pricing. Plans include Starter, Growth, Pro, and Team tiers.
• All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes.
• Pricing may change at any time with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers via email. Changes apply to new subscriptions and upcoming renewals after the notice period.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate and up to date in your account settings.

By starting a free trial and providing a payment method, you expressly authorize NeuraWrite to charge the then-current Starter plan monthly rate upon expiration of the 3-day trial period, unless you cancel or select a different plan before the trial ends. This is a negative option offer governed by the FTC's Negative Option Rule and applicable state law.

• Each plan includes a set number of monthly word credits as described on the pricing page. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
• Word credits are consumed when you generate documents, use the AI Chat Assistant, request humanization, run AI detection scoring, or use other AI-powered features.
• Credit usage per operation varies based on document length and processing complexity.
• You can view your current usage and remaining credits at any time in your account dashboard.
• If you exhaust your monthly credits before renewal, you will need to wait until your next billing cycle or upgrade your plan to continue using credit-consuming features.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current rate for your plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• We will send a reminder email to your account email address at least 7 days before your renewal date.
• The renewal charge will be the same as your current plan rate unless we have given you 30 days' advance written notice of a price change.
• Failed payment attempts may result in temporary suspension of Service. We will attempt to process your payment up to 3 times before suspending your account. You will be notified of each failed attempt.
• You may update your payment method at any time through your account settings before your next renewal date.

• Cancellation is as easy as sign-up. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard — no phone calls, no emails required.
• Go to Dashboard → Account Settings → Cancel Subscription to cancel instantly.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to your account and paid features until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next period.
• After your paid period ends, your generated documents remain accessible for 30 days so you can export them.
• Cancelling during a free trial stops all future charges immediately with no penalty.

In compliance with the FTC's Negative Option Rule and applicable state auto-renewal laws, our self-service cancellation mechanism is available 24/7 through your account dashboard.

• No refunds are issued for the current billing period after word credits have been used during that period.
• If you cancel within 48 hours of being charged for a new billing period and have not used any word credits in that period, you may request a full refund.
• Refunds for billing errors or unauthorized charges must be requested within 30 days of the transaction date.
• To request a refund, contact support@neurawrite.ai with your account email and transaction details. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Refunds are not available for annual plan subscriptions after the first 48 hours, except where required by applicable law.

• Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period, and your new plan's word credit allocation will take effect immediately.
• Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing period. You retain your current plan features and credits until the end of the period in which you downgrade.
• Word credits are not prorated, transferred, or refunded when changing plans.

• NeuraWrite reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service.
• Termination may be immediate and without prior notice for severe violations including fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
• Upon termination, you may request a one-time export of your generated content within 30 days of the termination date.
• Charges for the current billing period are non-refundable upon termination for Terms violations, except where required by applicable law.

If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@neurawrite.ai before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing disputes quickly and fairly, typically within 5 business days.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Fraudulent chargeback claims may be pursued as fraud under applicable law.

Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes. Sales tax, VAT, GST, or other taxes may apply based on your location and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription under the laws of your jurisdiction.

If you are a business entity that is tax-exempt, contact us at support@neurawrite.ai before purchasing with your exemption certificate.

• NeuraWrite is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties, express or implied.
• NeuraWrite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
• NeuraWrite's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms of Sales is limited to the amount you paid to NeuraWrite in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain types of damages, so the above limitations may not fully apply to you.
